• Develop sales materials and product enablement through SME sales leads and account teams.
• Strengthen and help tailor the Virtual C-Suite and beyond card product value narrative to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Identify and execute pipeline, support go-to-market strategies, and drive market penetration in partnership with sales teams.
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and self-direction, quickly learning new concepts and navigating complex challenges within a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.

Post-Sale Commercialization
• Oversee customer pilots and go-to-market implementation for Virtual C-Suite and key beyond card products.
• Lead technical implementation support and business enablement in concert with cross-functional partners.

Stakeholder Alignment
• In close partnership with SME team peers, global SME product, and AI teams, provide continuous SME feedback and improvement to products and services built.
