The High Touch Support Services team is looking for a results-oriented, customer obsessed support engineer who can help us create a positive experience for Amazon employees across all HR domains including Time, Work Events, Life Events, Benefits, and Pay & Compensation. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes working with highly scalable micro services architecture, and enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving within highly complex HR business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time. You will learn all about how to design, implement, test and support highly scalable HR solutions using the AWS cloud platform and its many products, working with best-in-class professionals.
Key job responsibilities
Provide support of incoming requests for High Touch Support Services products and services, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple HR domains, features and services. - Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily Java/React - Software deployment support in staging and production environments for High Touch Support Services applications - Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance of HR support systems - System and Support status reporting for High Touch Support Services - Collaborate with Product & Tech teams for issue resolution across High Touch Support Services domains.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
