Meet your future team
Join our Data & Technology team within Tax, where you will work closely with Tax professionals, business stakeholders and technology specialists to improve how services are delivered to clients. You will collaborate across teams to turn operational challenges into practical automation, data and reporting solutions.
What your role will look like
As an Associate, you will help improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of Tax service delivery through data, automation and technology solutions. Your work will connect business needs with practical implementation, enabling colleagues and clients to make better use of data and digital tools.
Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-enabled improvements that support Tax service delivery.
Design and deliver automation, reporting and data visualisation solutions that improve operational performance and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications and prioritise initiatives.
Collect, cleanse and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis, reporting and decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports and insights that help stakeholders monitor performance and act on key findings.
Manage a portfolio of projects, coordinate delivery activities and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives that explore new opportunities and technologies.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions align with system governance, integration requirements and technical standards.

The skills you bring
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
SQL: Proficient / Independent use for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
Python: Proficient / Independent use for data processing, automation and analytics.
ETL tools: Working knowledge and practical experience in data integration and transformation.
Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent): Proficient / Independent use.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience working collaboratively with business and technical teams.
