◆担当業務概要

・全社員から提出される勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートのチェック（特に立替経費のサポート）

・立替経費の領収書の収集、チェック、管理、保管

・勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートのプロセスサポート

◆担当業務詳細

・勤怠簿&立替経費管理レポートと立替経費の領収書についてツールを使用してSampling後、経費が正当なものかチェックを行う。

・経費が正当なものであるか、ポリシーに沿ってチェックを行う。

・立替経費申請について社員とのやり取り

・勤怠簿&立替経費管理システムの改修依頼　

・勤怠簿&立替経費管理データの修正、変更

・勤怠簿レポートのプロセス・管理

・領収書の保管、管理

・SAPデータ処理

また当ポジションについては、以下の通り、正社員（地域・職種限定）での雇用形態にて採用予定です。

・日本語ビジネスレベル
・一般的なPCスキル（エクセル、ワード等）
・コミュニケーションスキル（社員とのやり取り多い）
・会計・税務の知識があればなお良い
・SAPシステムの知見があればなお良い
