Join our Strategy & Consulting team as a Senior Business Consultant and work on multinational transformation programs for clients across industries such as Telecommunications, EU Institutions, Financial Services, and Utilities. We work closely with our clients to support them in making data-driven decisions to move their business forward. Leveraging AI, cloud, automation, and other modern digital tools and systems, we develop and deliver leading transformations that combine business expertise with modern technologies. 

This role is suited for professionals with prior consulting or relevant industry experience who are eager to further develop their expertise in business consulting, take on greater responsibility within project teams, and accelerate their career. Depending on the project, your work can range from identifying growth opportunities or analyzing and improving business processes, through structuring and solving complex business challenges, to working with data or supporting the delivery of advanced digital and AI-enabled solutions, including Generative and Agentic AI.

YOUR MISSION:

• Drive strategic advisory work to our clients, structuring complex business challenges and driving initiatives that help improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead or co‑lead project workstreams, taking full ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and/or deliverables.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, advising on systems integration and modern digital capabilities such as cloud ecosystems, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools.
• Support technology‑enabled transformations and initiatives to embed AI into business operations, such as Agentic AI solutions that automate and orchestrate workflows, or Gen AI use cases that enhance insights, decision making, and productivity.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to align on priorities, drive decisions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 2 050 € - 4 050 €.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• University degree (Bc., Mgr., MBA, Ing. or equivalent).
• 6+ years of experience in consulting or a relevant senior industry role.
• Consulting or industry experience in large-scale transformation projects across sectors such as Communications, Media, Technology, Utilities, or Resources.
• Relevant technical or functional expertise, such as SAP, SQL, Java, Atlassian tools, or telecommunications functions including Finance and Supply Chain.
• Advanced English (B2+) and native Slovak (C2).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• High degree of ownership, reliability, and independence.
• Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspectives to the client.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & the ability to structure business problems and derive insights from data.
• Ability to convey complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Desire to work on a variety of strategic and operational projects focused on addressing the business requirements of the client.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements when applicable.

Bonus points if you have:

• 1+ years of experience working with SAP systems (procurement, financial controlling, sales and distribution, or other relevant areas, with a focus on practical usage rather than technical expertise).
• Advanced German (B2+)
