* Partner closely with engineering leaders to translate business and mission objectives into actionable program plans, driving clarity on scope, dependencies, and sequencing across embedded software (C, C++, Rust) and AWS cloud service development
* Identify, track, and resolve cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies between Leo ground service teams and satellite agent teams to keep programs on schedule
* Define and report on program metrics/OKRs that reflect delivery health, space safety posture, and service availability for Leo satellite Internet customers
* Drive operational rigor — business reviews, roadmap planning, retrospectives — and build mechanisms that scale as the team and fleet grow
* Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations
* Lead process improvements that increase development velocity and quality across the software development lifecycle, from requirements through implementation, test, and operations
