Make and communicate clear risk decisions to engineering and business leaders, document the tradeoffs, and hold the bar when it matters.
Engage development teams early in the development process, so security is designed in from the start and late-stage tradeoffs are kept to a minimum.
Drive investment in AI security automation, tooling, and secure-by-default frameworks that let your team's expertise scale beyond manual review.
Lead AI security research into emerging threats against generative AI and agentic applications, and turn the findings into practical guidance and mechanisms.
Run AI security training and outreach for internal development teams.
Influence the priorities and processes of your team, your partner teams, and the wider AI & AGI Security organization to improve security outcomes.
Define and report metrics that show whether the program is working, such as review coverage, time to remediate, and recurrence of vulnerability classes.
