Capital One Trade Credit is an organization in Card Partnerships that provides businesses the ability to create Accounts Receivable programs for their end business customers to allow them to transact via Net Terms, Pay in Full, and Revolving Credit financing. We're on a mission to grow our business and transform the end to end experience of our products while we take on new partners and expand how we do business with with and our customers.
Come help us shape the future of the partnerships B2B space! We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive exciting work across the end to end B2B customer lifecycle on our Core Processing product.
What you'll do:
- Own key capabilities of the end to end credit lifecycle for Capital One Trade Credit to provide best in class B2B experiences for our partners and our joint business customers.
- Partner cross functionally with technology, operations, client strategy, credit, marketing, business development, and more to influence and shape your and their work.
- Lead both strategy definition and execution of the COTC Core Processing product to add new capabilities, ensure scalability, resiliency, and security for the future of our portfolios.
- Manage the modernization efforts of our architecture as we modernize our differentiated B2B experiences and converge to enterprise platforms.
- Work across multiple teams inside and outside of Capital One Trade Credit, including several enterprise platforms.
- Continue building upon our product culture within Capital One Trade Credit.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
