We are looking for an experienced business operations leader who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, organizational leadership, and transformation. This role requires a leader who can translate organizational priorities into scalable programs, create clarity across complex and interconnected workstreams, and build the operating mechanisms that enable teams and leaders to execute effectively.
As a Director of Business Operations, you will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and operating high-impact programs across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish effective operating rhythms, drive accountability, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Rhythm of Business & Strategic Planning
Own and continuously evolve the organization’s Rhythm of Business, connecting annual and quarterly planning, business reviews, leadership forums, and key milestones into an integrated operating cadence.
Business Management & Operational Excellence
Create the processes, governance, mechanisms, and accountability needed to improve organizational execution and reduce friction across a complex global organization.
AI Transformation & Innovation
Help accelerate adoption of AI and agentic ways of working, identifying opportunities to transform business processes and embed new capabilities into everyday operations.
Measurement & Business Insights
Manage the frameworks that connect organizational priorities to measurable outcomes and provide leaders with insights into business health, progress, risks, and opportunities.
Executive Readiness & Strategic Programs
Lead cross-functional preparation and execution for critical leadership moments such as QBRs, strategic planning sessions, leadership offsites, and other high-priority organizational forums.
Organizational Effectiveness & Community
Build programs and mechanisms that strengthen the Chief of Staff/business management community, increase organizational connectivity, and scale best practices.
People Leadership
Lead and develop a team, creating clarity of accountability while building capabilities that can scale across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
o OR equivalent experience
· 6+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience program management, process management, or process improvement
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management , process management, or process improvement
o OR equivalent experience.
· 8+ years people management experience.
Business Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
