- Partner to develop advanced community insights frameworks for each social content type (hero/tentpole, always-on, and reactive), inclusive of social listening, performance reporting, audience segmentation, and 3rd party/offline inputs, with the goal of creating bespoke content that consistently breaks through on priority platforms.
- Present key insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders of all seniorities, ensuring findings are communicated in a way that’s clear, relevant, and tied to brand priorities.
- Partner closely across Global Brand, Marketing Services, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, refine, and execute global social campaigns across priority brand and cultural moments.
- Mine, track and identify trends from the Visa community that can inform future strategies, franchises and campaigns.
- Continually analyze, visualize, and contextualize learnings from previous content and campaigns to help optimize ongoing efforts by channel and content type.
