Key job responsibilities
* Manage and monitor overall AWS TAA budget and related processes including program and project financials, POs,
* Own team’s rhythm of business (ROB) mechanisms (OP1, OP2, WBR, MBR, Goal reviews, QBR) in partnership with TAA LT, Marketing S&O, and AWS Finance
* Identify, analyze, and develop mechanisms to optimize resources and operational challenges (look around corners), to drive efficiencies and speed through automation, AI, integrations, and data pipelines that reduce manual effort and give leadership real-time visibility
* Set goals and develop financial projections to guide business processes
* Track financial data against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and department heads
* Lead, hire, and develop a team of builders responsible for day-to-day business management like POs, headcounts, SOWs, project financials

The Technology, AI, and Analytics (TAA) team within AWS Marketing is responsible for powering our vision to become the best B2B marketing organizations by by enabling better experiences for customers, frictionless marketing for our teams, and smarter decisions for the business using technology, AI, and data.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
