In Korea, partners are the primary route to market. As a Partner Sales Leader, you are the strategic link between AWS field sales teams and Korea's most important SI/ISV partners. You ensure both sides are aligned, enabled, and moving at speed toward shared customer outcomes.
**What you'll do:**
- Own the partner-driven revenue engine for your territory — from pipeline creation to closed deals
- Be the single point of alignment between AWS account teams and partners, ensuring the right partner is matched to the right opportunity at the right time
- Design and scale repeatable co-sell playbooks that drive predictable revenue through partners
- Lead a team of Partner Sales Managers who execute co-sell motions daily across accounts and partners
- Represent the partner perspective at the leadership table, influencing strategy and investment decisions
Key job responsibilities
- Act as the strategic link between AWS field sales teams and partner organizations; align both sides on account strategies, opportunity priorities, and joint go-to-market motions
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets; meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals through co-sell execution
- Match the right partner capabilities to the right customer needs; accelerate deal velocity by ensuring smooth joint execution between AWS sellers and partners
- Design repeatable co-sell plays and operating rhythms that drive predictable, scalable revenue through partners
- Drive GTM alignment with Partner Development, Marketing, Specialist, and ProServe teams; leverage AWS funding programs strategically to accelerate deals
- Represent the partner perspective at the leadership table, influencing strategy and investment decisions

AWS Korea Partner Sales drives revenue by working jointly with Korea's top consulting and technology partners to solve customers' most complex cloud challenges. We sit between AWS sales teams and partners — aligning strategies, accelerating deals, and ensuring customers get the right expertise at the right time.

Basic Qualifications
