Wat ga je doen?
- Complexe mechanische en elektrische storingen lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen, inclusief reparaties aan machines en utilities.
- Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren, optimaliseren en verbeteringen doorvoeren om stilstand te minimaliseren.
- De staat van installaties beoordelen en acties uitzetten of zelf uitvoeren.
- Externe partijen aansturen bij onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden.
- Meewerken aan verbeter-, validatie- en modificatieprojecten en implementatie van nieuwe equipment.
- Documentatie, reserveonderdelen (spare parts) en onderhoudsgegevens correct vastleggen en beheren in OneMaximo.
- Operators en collega‑technicians trainen en ondersteunen.
- Meedraaien in consignatiediensten en bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte productieomgeving.
Functie vereisten
- Afgeronde MBO‑4 of MBO/HBO-opleiding in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica.
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
- Ervaring met elektrotechnische systemen: sensoren, schakelingen, frequentieregelaars, elektromotoren, PLC’s uitlezen.
- Een sterke mechanische basis: pneumatiek, hydrauliek, lagertechniek, lassen.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische functie, bij voorkeur in de productie- of procesindustrie (bijv. F&B, farma).
- Basiskennis van Microsoft Office.
