Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with equivalent experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years in bioprocessing or life sciences sales.
- Proven leadership experience preferred
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts in the biopharma or CDMO space.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role involves standard office work, with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
