Responsibilities
- Prepare credit analysis and underwriting materials for new and existing clients, contributing to first-line credit assessments across commercial and institutional portfolios.
- Conduct financial statement and cash flow reviews to support underwriting recommendations and credit approval documentation.
- Monitor assigned portfolio performance, including covenant tracking and periodic financial reviews, to identify and escalate emerging risk indicators.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual credit reviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation and reporting.
- Support the processing of credit renewals, amendments, and related transactions by coordinating documentation across internal teams.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Credit, Banking, and Risk to support the execution of credit processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Build knowledge of commercial banking products, credit structures, and industry dynamics through active participation in training and on-the-job development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, or a related financial services field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Working knowledge of financial statements and core accounting concepts, with the ability to apply this to credit analysis tasks.
