Responsibilities:
- Typically oversees a geographical region with oversight for all accounts, client deals and associates in that area.
- Responsible for production: Registering and closing mortgage loans and direct client contact on individual production.
- Manages ongoing relationships with consumer customers. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential sales impact. Applies in-depth sales knowledge and industry expertise in the development of new sales techniques Meets/exceeds sales volume objectives.
- Go outside to key referral relationships (Realtors, CPA's, Builders, etc.) to drive mortgage business into the bank.
- Manages and develops a sales team(s) including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Applies techniques to operate team at optimal efficiency.
- Resolves complex client deal structures. Identifies client needs and presents customized solutions to meet and exceed those needs
- Identifies new market opportunities.
- Works closely with the operations team and be responsible for quality, NPS and best in class client experience. Works with internal partners (branch) for their own clients as well as their team's internal partners.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
