Job Description

Team Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.

The Senior Manager, Digital Practice will play a pivotal role in advancing the growth and impact of Visa Consulting & Analytics' Digital Practice in Brazil, with a particular focus on clients and opportunities connected to Brasília and the broader public and private financial-services ecosystem. The role will create innovative advisory solutions, lead transformative consulting engagements, and promote sustainable digital innovation and effective change management.

The successful candidate will help implement Visa's digital agenda in Brazil and support issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, government-related entities, and other key Visa clients as they evolve their digital businesses, products, channels, customer experiences, and operating models. The position combines client leadership, consulting delivery, business development, practice building, and people development.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of Visa's strategy in the Brazilian market, ensuring that VCA consulting engagements support relevant business goals and measurable client outcomes.
  • Lead complex digital-transformation and innovation engagements from opportunity shaping and proposal development through execution and completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, sound economics, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, framing complex business challenges and translating them into pragmatic digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive frameworks to assess clients' digital maturity, customer journeys, products, channels, operating models, and technology-enabled capabilities.
  • Identify, shape, and convert consulting opportunities in partnership with Visa account executives, VCA leaders, and cross-functional teams, contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Design and scale repeatable Digital Practice offerings, methodologies, assets, and accelerators that can be applied across clients and markets.
  • Lead executive workshops, co-creation sessions, and strategic presentations that help clients align priorities, make decisions, and accelerate implementation.
  • Promote customer-centric product and experience design, helping clients improve digital propositions, journeys, engagement, and adoption.
  • Streamline advisory execution through standardized methods, reusable assets, and appropriate process automation to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor emerging digital, financial-services, payments, and technology trends, translating relevant developments into actionable client opportunities and differentiated VCA solutions.
  • Harness data and analytics to identify industry trends, customer behaviors, and business opportunities, supporting evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the broader fintech and digital ecosystem to incorporate external perspectives and capabilities into client-centric solutions.
  • Support clients in effectively using Visa's digital products, services, and capabilities as part of broader transformation agendas.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Design, Sales, and other VCA teams to ensure cohesive strategies and integrated project delivery.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, providing clear direction, coaching, quality oversight, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence across the Digital Practice.
  • Contribute to the visibility and positioning of VCA through thought leadership, internal knowledge sharing, client forums, and relevant market events.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a quantitative, business, technology, or design-related field such as Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Design. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, digital transformation, digital strategy, product management, customer experience, innovation, technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting or transformation engagements with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, digital products, customer journeys, operating models, and the technologies that enable modern digital experiences.
  • Experience identifying commercial opportunities, developing proposals, and contributing to consulting pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured recommendations and executable roadmaps.
  • Understanding of payments, financial services, card economics, and the key factors that influence client growth and profitability.
