Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions. The position also involves collaborating with teams to support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational needs. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business transformation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing and implementing finance and controlling solutions to support business objectives. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technology-enabled solutions. - Familiarity with integration of financial modules with other business functions to ensure seamless operations. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable business solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
