Role Summary
Provide strategic leadership for ServiceNow practice, portfolio delivery, platform governance, and business transformation initiatives. Accountable for business value realization, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, people strategy, and ServiceNow capability expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define ServiceNow transformation roadmap and platform strategy.
Drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow adoption and innovation initiatives.
Align ServiceNow investments with business objectives.
Lead major transformation programs and executive stakeholder engagements.
Portfolio & Governance Management
Oversee multiple programs, projects, and delivery teams.
Establish governance models, architecture standards, and delivery frameworks.
Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security requirements.
Drive platform health, scalability, and operational maturity.
Business Development & Practice Growth
Support solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
Identify opportunities for ServiceNow expansion and innovation.
Build reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
Strengthening client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Talent & Organization Leadership
Develop leadership pipeline and ServiceNow talent strategy.
Lead workforce planning and capability-building programs.
Coach Associate Managers, Team Leads, and technical architects.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
Experience
12+ years overall IT experience.
8-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, operations, governance, and transformation programs.
Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CAD, 2 mainline CIS certifications (including CSM)
Experience in Custom Scoped Applications
Good To Have: Arch X/CTA/CMA, Advanced ServiceNow certifications and leadership experience preferred.
