Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating frameworks that support evolving business needs while ensuring robust and efficient technology integration across various components. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to align architectural strategies with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and sustainable technology growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and integration.
- Familiarity with platform and product lifecycle management within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
