Role Summary
Accenture is seeking a seasoned Associate Director with 19+ years of progressive experience in end to end SAP Utilities program delivery to join our Utilities practice. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for driving large scale SAP IS U S 4HANA and Non SAP transformation programs for UK based utility clients, spanning strategy, architecture, delivery governance, and client relationship management. He will work at the intersection of technology innovation and business transformation to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership Delivery
Lead complex, multi year SAP and Non SAP transformation programs across E2E delivery lifecycle from business case through stabilization.
Own program governance frameworks including PMO setup, risk management, quality assurance, and executive reporting.
Drive delivery of SAP IS U, SAP S 4HANA Utilities, and related modules (FI, MM, PM, CRM CX) across multiple workstreams.
Manage integrated project plans, resource pyramids, vendor partner ecosystems, and offshore onshore delivery models.
Ensure on time, on budget, and in scope delivery with proactive identification and mitigation of program risks.
Delivery experience with GenAI, Agentic AI

SAP Utilities Domain Expertise
Lead architecture decisions for SAP IS U to S 4HANA Utilities migrations, including greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid approaches.
Guide solution design for Corporate, Retail SAP, smart metering, AMI integration, and digital utility transformation initiatives.
Advise on regulatory frameworks (GDPR, FERC, Ofgem, etc.) and their SAP configuration implications.

Client Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary executive contact for CIO, CFO, and VP level client stakeholders across utility clients.
Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships identify and develop account growth opportunities.
Lead Steering Committee meetings, executive status briefings, and board level presentations.
Manage escalations, change requests, and contractual negotiations with professionalism and clarity.

Business Development Practice Growth
Contribute to and lead pursuit activities RFP responses, solution shaping, estimations, and proposal presentations for multi million opportunities.
Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and methodology IP for the SAP Utilities practice.
Mentor and coach a team of 150+ SAP consultants, architects, and project managers across geographies.
Represent Accenture at industry forums, SAP conferences, and client advisory boards.

Required Qualifications
Experience
19+ years of overall IT consulting experience, with at least 12 years in Utilities
Minimum 5 full cycle SAP S4 program deliveries as Program Director or Delivery Lead.
Proven experience managing global delivery teams of 50+ resources in onshore offshore models.
Strong background in utility industry verticals Electric, Gas, Water, or Multi commodity preferred
Demonstrated P L ownership and contract management experience in a consulting environment.

Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of SAP S 4HANA architecture and migration pathways.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration patterns (SAP Integration Suite PI PO).
Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as relates to utility transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S 4HANA Utilities or SAP IS U.
GenAI, Agentic AI, certifications, additional industry exposure.
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Program Consultant certification.
MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in regulated utility environments across UK, North America, Europe, or APAC.
