As a Senior AI Agentic Visualization Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic visualization workstreams, lead internal teams and client relationships, and — at more senior levels — define the strategic direction of the Visualization Capability practice. Traditional BI is your baseline. Your value is in what you build on top of it.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-powered analytics and visualization solutions, including agentic systems, intelligent dashboards, conversational BI experiences, and natural language interfaces that proactively surface insights, anomalies, trends, and business opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize LLM-driven and agent-based workflows that automate data preparation, insight generation, visualization selection, narrative creation, alerting, and scenario simulation, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop scalable data and analytics architectures across enterprise ecosystems, including SAP, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, data warehouses, APIs, and other business platforms, ensuring data quality, governance, lineage, auditability, and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Architect NL-to-query and conversational analytics frameworks that translate business questions into SQL queries, visualizations, forecasts, and business narratives, while implementing guardrails, validation mechanisms, fallback logic, and output quality controls required for production environments.
• Design intelligent monitoring and event-driven analytics solutions that automatically refresh analyses, generate narrative insights, detect KPI deviations, trigger alerts, and provide contextual business recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate AI model outputs, including risk scores, demand forecasts, classifications, and predictive analytics results, into auditable and explainable visual experiences by applying methodologies such as SHAP, LIME, and attention-based techniques, particularly within regulated industries.
• Create audience-aware analytics experiences through role-based visualizations and conversational what-if simulations, enabling executives, business leaders, operational teams, and technical users to interact with data according to their specific needs and decision-making responsibilities.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design activities, client engagements, and delivery workstreams while contributing to proposals, capability development, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and coaching of junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, query optimization, performance tuning, and large-scale analytical processing.
• Deep proficiency in at least one leading BI and visualization platform, including Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling), Tableau (LOD expressions, performance optimization), Qlik (Set Analysis, associative modeling, QVD architecture, Section Access, NPrinting), or Looker (LookML).
• Strong experience in Python development for data engineering, analytics, automation, visualization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, integrations, and scalable data platforms.
• Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-based and agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, reasoning workflows, output validation, and production-grade governance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of explainable AI, responsible AI, compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements, ideally gained within Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, or other regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional environments, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, PL-900, DP-600, or Claude Certified Architect certifications are considered an asset.
