Job Description & Summary

The Human Capital Experienced Specialist supports the delivery of key HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employer branding, HR administration, and professional qualification programs. The role works closely with business leaders and employees to ensure efficient HR operations and positive employee experience.

This role reports directly to the Human Capital Leader in Uzbekistan and works closely with HC team in Kazakhstan.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support employer branding initiatives through university relations, career events, and recruitment marketing activities. 

• Manage recruitment processes for Intern, Associate, and Senior Associate positions, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration. 

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including Welcome Day sessions, employment documentation, and new hire integration. 

• Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training administration, attendance tracking, and learning records management. 

• Perform HC administrative tasks, including preparation of orders, employment-related documents, confirmation letters, and employee records maintenance. 

• Administer ACCA-related processes, including registration, exam coordination, and qualification tracking. 

• Support the delivery of high-quality HC services, contribute to operational efficiency improvements, and assist with ongoing HC projects and business priorities. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree. 

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or HR Operations. 

• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. 

• Professional proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with various stakeholders.
