Our Internship Programme gives you a real opportunity to gain practical ‘hands-on’ experience, training and  shadow the experts of your chosen field. It also provides you with insight into what it’s like to work with us.

During your placement as Engineering Reliability Intern you will get experience of working within an engineering team which will give an understanding of how a site Engineering Organisation operates within a dynamic environment. and you will get exposure to various Engineering and Maintenance activities including:   

• Familiarisation with drawings and other technical documents associated with the Biologics site equipment 

• Participate in Maintenance and Reliability optimisation projects as part of move towards reduces batch cadence 

• Support the development of a sitewide Asset Management strategy  

• Gain experience of working in a highly regulated GMP environment 

• Participate in Operation and Reliability Excellence activities and projects. 

• Assist in the development of procedures, training manuals and work instructions. 

• Assist in the development of KPI’s & metrics to aid in tracking and analysing the performance of the Reliability team 

• Gain experience of working in a collaborative, cross functional workplace 

• Assist on global engineering project for CMMS systems upgrade 

What Qualities Are We Looking For?  

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can collaborate in teams and have the willingness to learn.   

• Process Instrumentation and Automation or Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering discipline of study 

• Passionate about the biopharma sector and innovation in healthcare 

• Strong communication skills 

• Ability to work as a member of a team 

• Energetic, collaborative and dedicated.

Compensation Overview:

Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.

Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
