Our Internship Programme gives you a real opportunity to gain practical ‘hands-on’ experience, training and  shadow the experts of your chosen field. It also provides you with insight into what it’s like to work with us.

During your placement as Supply Chain & WCL Intern you will get experience of working with one of our Supply Chain and Warehouse Cryogenics and Logistics functions and you will get exposure to various Supply Chain activities such as:   

• Day to day Site Supply Chain activities, Materials & Production planning for Drug Substance Manufacture 

• Run SAP transactions & reports for production inventory usage analysis 

• Support the Raw Material & Planning huddle boards. 

• Generate Monthly Inventory Reports for Global Capability Hub 

• Support the material volumes generation process including coordination of material decision documents. 

• Support the delivery versus required-by dates process to ensure materials available on time for Manufacturing 

• Perform Supplier Order Confirmations in SAP ERP system 

• Support the delivery versus required-by date’s process to ensure materials available for Manufacturing. 

• Support the material volumes generation process through the generation. review and use of the SOV tool and Shortage report on a monthly basis 

• Attend Manufacturing Support meetings where necessary 

• Support the update of Supply Chain related GMP documentation and processes where necessary 

• Assist with Supply Chain projects as required 

• Develop and present weekly learning groups on various topics 

What Qualities Are We Looking For?  

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can collaborate in teams and have the willingness to learn.   

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical & Industrial Chemistry discipline of study 

• Passionate about the biopharma sector and innovation in healthcare 

• Strong communication skills 

• Ability to work as a member of a team 

• Energetic, collaborative and dedicated.

Compensation Overview:

Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.

Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
