Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for two Directors, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense reconciliation
Plan and execute team events, offsites, and morale activities of all sizes
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization, with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior leaders
Anticipate the needs of your leaders and the broader organization; identify issues and resolve them without being prompted
Optimize cross-team procedures, processes, and best practices that improve how the team operates
Manage projects that impact the organization (including space planning, headcount tracking, onboarding coordination, and team operations)
Mentor and support fellow EAs; contribute to a positive, collaborative EA community
Track key operational cadences (e.g., WBRs, QBRs, planning cycles) and ensure leaders are prepared
Partner with other EAs to provide seamless backup coverage and support

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
