The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can independently manage multiple work streams while delivering sound legal advice. You will work closely with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, and help develop scalable legal processes that enable the business to move quickly.
Key job responsibilities
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, licensing agreements, professional services agreements, and procurement-related contracts.
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to internal business clients across WWGS on transactional and commercial matters.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and resolve legal issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize contracting processes, including developing template agreements and playbooks to reduce negotiation cycles.
- Support compliance and training initiatives related to contracting policies and approval frameworks.
- Manage external counsel relationships as needed to support transactional workstreams.
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters that arise in connection with commercial transactions, including vendor management considerations.
- Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and escalate complex or novel issues appropriately.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
