Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data models.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP BW/4HANA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
