Role Summary
This role performs bank and accounting reconciliations and applies incoming customer payments to receivables. It also investigates payment discrepancies and works with internal teams to resolve outstanding items and improve reconciliation processes.
What You'll Do

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Executar a conciliação bancária das contas da empresa, confrontando extratos bancários com os lançamentos contábeis e financeiros.
- Realizar a baixa e a aplicação de recebíveis (cash application), alocando os pagamentos nas contas dos clientes e conciliando com as faturas correspondentes.
- Identificar e tratar pagamentos não identificados ou não aplicados (unapplied/unidentified cash), buscando a correta alocação.
- Conciliar entradas de caixa provenientes de extratos bancários, boletos, PIX, TED/DOC, cartões e demais meios de pagamento.
- Analisar e conciliar as contas transitórias e razões auxiliares, garantindo a correta classificação e a limpeza de partidas em aberto.
- Atuar na identificação de melhorias de processo, padronização e automação das rotinas de conciliação.
- Investigar e ajudar a resolver divergências, como pagamentos parciais.
- Interagir com áreas internas (Faturamento, Tesouraria, Comercial e Atendimento) para esclarecer pendências e agilizar pagamentos.
- Seguir os controles, prazos (SLAs) e políticas internas de crédito e cobrança.
Além disso, é necessário conhecimento:
- Rotinas de conciliação bancária e de contas contábeis;
- Cash application, baixa de recebíveis e ciclo Order to Cash (O2C)
- Contabilidade (lançamentos, plano de contas, contas transitórias e razões auxiliares);
- Ensino Superior cursando ou completo na área financeira.
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
- Experiência prévia no setor financeiro;
- Conhecimento em SAP é um diferencial;
- Proficiência em inglês ou espanhol é um diferencial.
