Enterprise network & Edge Specialist

What you'll do:
In this role, you will balance Solution Advisory, Delivery, & Team Leadership:

 

Solution Advisory & Architecture

• Network Modernization Blueprints: Design scalable, resilient target architectures for enterprise WAN/LAN environments, branch office connectivity, and edge networks.
• SD-WAN & SASE Transition: Guide clients through the transition from legacy WAN architectures to modern SD-WAN and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) frameworks.
• Hybrid & Cloud Connectivity: Design secure, high-availability interconnects between on-premises sites, data centers, and public cloud environments (e.g., ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect).
• Technical Review & Roadmapping: Evaluate current-state network maturity, present architectural trade-offs to client IT stakeholders, and define migration roadmaps.

 

Technical Execution & Small Team Leadership

• Team Guidance & Squad Leadership: Lead and mentor small technical delivery squads, junior engineers, or automation developers—coordinating day-to-day deployment tasks, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Enterprise Routing & Switching Mastery: Apply hands-on routing and switching principles (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, VPNs) to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise networks.
• Detailed Design & Implementation: Produce detailed technical specifications (LLDs, IP addressing schemes, firewall matrices, routing policies) and guide engineers and developers through implementation.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) & Complex Problem Solving: Build and test technical PoCs for modern SD-WAN/SASE solutions and act as the escalation point for critical network performance or routing bottlenecks.

What we're looking for:

•          Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

•          Experience: 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking

•          Skills: Core routing & switching, SD-WAN, SASE, AIOps.

•          Mandatory Certification: Active Cisco CCNP or a demonstrable equivalent professional-level credential

•          Leadership: Proven ability or strong aptitude to guide, coordinate, and mentor small delivery squads
