Requirements:
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations management in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical/medical device
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related technical field
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing a plus
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience leading, developing and supporting teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with all levels of organization
- Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to implement performance improvements
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work in cleanroom/controlled environments and use required PPE when needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

- Shift work and on-call responsibilities may be required
