Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Market Development Specialist III, where you'll implement strategic marketing initiatives that help make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow market share, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement across our innovative scientific solutions portfolio. Working in a supportive, collaborative environment, you'll partner with product management, sales teams, and other stakeholders to create compelling content, analyze market opportunities, and deliver impactful marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive business growth. The Biopharma Market Development Specialist III is responsible for tactical execution and implementation of marketing strategies for Applied Biosystems Genetic solutions in the biotech/biopharma industry. They will collaborate with global and regional market development managers, create marketing materials, analyze program effectiveness, sustain existing campaigns, optimize digital channels, assist in the development of sales tools, and complete tactical projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans and ensure consistent messaging and branding across multiple channels.

•         Identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy among different technologies to maximize marketing effectiveness.

·       Create marketing materials such as web content, videos, brochures, white papers, infographics, and blogs.

·       Build, implement, and optimize appropriate marketing content across digital channels, including web, video, social media, paid search and display advertising

•         Collaborate with Digital Marketing partner to deploy a multi-channel program.

·       Analyze marketing program efficiency using KPI and ROI metrics, track program results, communicate findings, and provide insights.

·       Complete tactical projects to achieve KPI, revenue targets and other annual operating plan objectives.

Essential Functions:

•         Assist in the development and implement biotech/biopharma segment-focused programs, including targeting, messaging, and collateral development.

•         Collaborate with global and regional market development managers to develop tactics for regional execution.

•         Work with internal creative services team and external agencies to complete marketing materials.

•         Use analytics to determine the efficiency of marketing programs and regularly track program results.

•         Lead sustaining marketing activities for existing campaigns.

•         Build, implement, and optimize marketing content across digital channels.

•         Complete tactical projects to achieve KPI, revenue targets, and other objectives.

·       Use analytics to determine efficiency of marketing programs based on KPI and ROI marketing metrics.

·       Regularly track marketing program results; develop and present metrics dashboards and recommendations for plan improvements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $84,000.00–$111,100.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
