The Senior Manager, GTS Digital Enablement serves as the centralized leader responsible for driving data and digital governance execution, data stewardship, lifecycle management, and operational readiness across the GTS business digital portfolio. This role ensures GTS digital capabilities, associated data, and supporting technologies are managed in accordance with enterprise requirements by leading the execution of data governance activities, compliance obligations, data integrity requirements, lifecycle processes, and operational readiness activities established by BI&T, Quality, Compliance, Procurement, and other governing functions.

Working closely with GTS digital leads, business representatives, GTS BI&T Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role is accountable for coordinating and advancing data governance initiatives, data management activities, risk mitigation efforts, and portfolio sustainment requirements. The role provides leadership and oversight of data governance deliverables, audit readiness activities, documentation requirements, change activities, operational workflows, and digital capability sustainment while promoting data integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.

The position serves as the primary liaison between GTS business and enterprise partners to ensure digital capabilities, associated data, and supporting technologies remain aligned and sustainable with business objectives, enterprise expectations, and data integrity requirements throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary GTS lead responsible for driving execution of data and digital governance, compliance, data stewardship, and lifecycle obligations across the GTS digital portfolio.

• Champion data governance practices by ensuring data integrity, ownership, traceability, retention, and compliance requirements are maintained across the GTS digital portfolio.

• Drive timely resolution of data governance gaps, operational issues, compliance findings, and data quality concerns through stakeholder coordination, escalation management, and action tracking.

• Monitor data and digital portfolio health, compliance status, lifecycle milestones, risks, and operational performance, providing visibility, insights, and recommendations to GTS leadership.

• Partner with GTS business representatives, GTS BI&T Partners, Quality, Compliance, Procurement, and external providers to ensure data and digital capabilities are managed in accordance with enterprise requirements.

• Lead the execution and tracking of recurring data governance activities, including periodic reviews, documentation maintenance, training compliance, lifecycle assessments, vendor engagements, and audit readiness requirements.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve data governance execution, data management practices, operational effectiveness, and adoption of standardized digital processes across GTS.

• Assess emerging digital capabilities and associated support requirements to ensure appropriate governance, lifecycle planning, business alignment, and long-term sustainability.

• Influence and drive alignment across GTS, BI&T, Quality, Compliance, and vendor organizations to ensure effective governance, risk management, and sustainability of digital capabilities and associated data.

• Provide leadership in the planning, prioritization, and execution of critical governance and operational activities, ensuring commitments are delivered with quality and urgency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.

• 8+ years of experience leading business processes, digital capabilities, governance activities, or operational programs within a regulated environment. • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity and credibility, organize and prioritize competing demands, and effectively present strategic recommendations, governance updates, strategic recommendations, risks, and business outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business, quality, compliance, procurement, technology, and external partners.

• Experience managing data and digital governance activities, lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, audits, inspections, operational readiness programs, and risk management activities.

• Proven ability to drive accountability, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of critical business obligations within a matrixed organization.

• Experience supporting digital platforms and technologies throughout implementation, sustainment, enhancement, and retirement phases.

• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or business enablement initiatives.

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
