At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions helps marketers connect with the audiences that matter most through trusted, data-driven advertising solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
As a GTM Transformation Lead, you will help shape how LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) works—redesigning seller workflows, operating models, processes, and technology to improve effectiveness and scale.
You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Services, Operations, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Technology to diagnose complex business challenges, design future-state solutions, and lead transformation from strategy through adoption. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, operational excellence, technology, and change, translating business priorities into simpler, scalable ways of working for our global go-to-market organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-quarter and multi-year transformation initiatives spanning sales process, operating model design, technology, governance, and field adoption.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and business leaders to define current-state sales processes, customer engagement models, workflows, and operating rhythms across the seller experience creating a clear understanding of how work gets done today.
- Analyze performance data, user feedback, workflow observations, and business outcomes to identify friction points, root causes, and opportunities to improve seller productivity, customer experience, and business results.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to assess opportunities, surface tradeoffs, and lead solution design efforts across people, process, technology, governance, and AI-enabled ways of working. Translate business strategies and transformation recommendations into scalable workflows, business processes, next best actions and seller guidance frameworks that improve seller effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Technology teams to identify and implement systems, tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflow improvements that increase productivity and improve the seller experience.
- Model AI-first ways of working by actively using AI to increase the speed, quality, and impact of your own work while identifying opportunities to embed AI into seller workflows and business processes.
- Partner with Go-To-Market Enablement, Sales Performance Consulting, and field leaders to develop change management, communication, and adoption strategies that build alignment and sustained behavior change across regions and segments.
- Equip field leaders, enablement teams and other key stakeholders with the tools, processes, workflows, and guidance required to activate and reinforce new ways of working across regions and segments.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Business Operations teams to define success measures, KPIs, and adoption metrics; leverage data and insights to evaluate business impact, identify gaps, and continuously improve solutions.
- Communicate transformation outcomes, business impact, and ROI to executive stakeholders, helping build awareness, alignment, and confidence in strategic investments and new ways of working.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
