Want to help take the onboarding experience for new Apple employees to the next level? The New Employee Experience (NEX) program is looking for someone to help coordinate, execute, and innovate on strategies that enable a seamless onboarding experience.

This a highly cross-functional role, part of a global team that helps to define a consistent new hire experience. The NEX team is constantly evolving our solutions to meet Apple’s scalable needs, while maintaining a deeply personal experience for our new hires.

As a regional Program Manager, you’ll work to implement these experiences at sites across your region in partnership with a wide array of local stakeholders. These in-person and virtual events help support new hires throughout their first year at Apple.

Responsibilities

Engage a global team to design creative new hire experiences, gain leadership approval, and influence regional stakeholders for implementation across several sites.
Coordinate on-site and virtual logistics, including regular event and participant management, and on-site logistics. Note: This position will require regular on-site needs in Santa Clara Valley that are based on our onboarding strategy.
Uphold program quality by offering feedback and direction to various departments and stakeholders to drive improvements that are consistent with the global experience journey.
Share best practices and recommendations with the global team that may lead to improvements at other locations.
Critically examine both physical and virtual experiences of our new hires and marshal support and resources for solutions to improve them.
Review NEX operations with other functions at Apple. Analyze KPI performance, surface issues, identify solutions and ensure these are properly communicated to stakeholders for resolution.
Manage content on Apple’s onboarding websites, tools and email communications relevant to your region. Ensure these materials are meeting the intended goals and KPIs. Conduct regular audits to make sure they are up-to-date.
Project manage critical deliverables that are based on the NEX team’s strategic priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience
Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast‑paced environments, with an attention to detail.
Understanding of how “big picture” elements will work at a local level, ability to drive change locally and connect the dots across multiple elements.
Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.
Experience working with systems, data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions and measure success.
Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates.
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of specific event planning, logistics and/or event management for large multi-national companies.
