Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting application configurations and design decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential enhancements in processes and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and integration techniques.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues within cloud contact center environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline implementation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
