Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, AWS BigData.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Experience in integrating data models with various software components and ensuring data integrity.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting related to data modeling and database interactions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
