Finance & Operations — License, Cost & Recovery Management Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end management of software licenses, contractors tracking, accounting, purchase orders, recoveries, and WBSe access governance. Key Activities & Responsibilities Activity Tasks / Responsibilities Amortization / Accruals Track invoices and coordinate for amortizations / Accruals entries. Contract Management Coordinate, track and monitor contract renewals. Purchase Order Renewals Coordination with Eco System Team on License Renewals, and track till PO is issued to vendor. Recoveries Coordination with POC for recovery data. Update Journal Entry templates. Send for posting. Coordination for valid WBSe in case it becomes invalid. Track & build monthly trackers by consolidating Journal Entries. Handle queries WBSe Management Check RITM and Mailbox regularly for the license request. Providing WBSe access in MyTE. Removing WBSe access in MyTE. Adhoc Activities Updating various trackers as needed. Skills Required: Power BI, Advance Microsoft Excel
