Summary:
Investigating and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Primary focus on running Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (AHV & Prism). Proactively monitor Nutanix cluster performance and capacity
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues, log analysis, and performance bottlenecks in a virtualized environment.
-Exposure to Nutanix Files (file storage solution) /Nutanix Move
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues, log analysis, and performance bottlenecks in a virtualized environment.
-Knowledge of virtualization networking (bro,br1 & LACP) and storage concepts (Nutanix distributed storage) in a hyperconverged environment.
-Familiarity with enterprise backup and disaster recovery technologies (Nutanix data protection features) and strategies for high availability and business continuity.
-Proven experience in cluster– diagnosing and resolving complex hardware/software issues, performing performance tuning, and executing system maintenance (upgrades, backup/restore).
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
-Responsible for team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through collaborative problem-solving.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Nutanix Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex distributed systems and storage solutions.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support processes.
-Experience on Nutanix Move & Migration

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata and Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
