Summary:
As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that database systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 4+ Microsoft SQL Server Administration SQL 2012 to 2022 .
- Strong knowledge on database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server.
- Familiarity with SQL Server security best practices.
- Experience in SQL High availabilities.
-Good Knowledge on SQL cloud administration both Azure & AWS.
-Good Knowledge on SQL Migrations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
