Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : AWS Cloud Engineer Good to Have Skills : Azure Cloud Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Overall 4+ years of experience working in IT at least 2 to 3 years as an AWS Cloud Engineer Requirement: We are seeking a mid-level AWS Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure operations, support, and automation across enterprise AWS environments. The role will focus on the management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of AWS services including EC2, S3, ELB (ALB/NLB), Route53, VPC, AWS Backup, EKS, ELK/Kibana, IAM, CloudWatch,Cloud Formation and AWS Organizations, along with hands-on experience in Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cloud platform availability, supporting incident and change management activities, implementing infrastructure automation, monitoring system health, and ensuring adherence to security and governance standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience working in production support environments, familiarity with cloud networking and container platforms, and the ability to collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud services.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
