Responsibilities :

The HR Intern will work closely with the Recruitment and HRBP team, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, interview coordination, and other HR initiatives.
● Supporting recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and assisting with documentation.
● Managing candidate communication and interview coordination to ensure a timely, seamless, and positive candidate experience .
● Supporting campus recruitment initiatives, including university coordination, application management, assessments, interview scheduling, and offer processes.
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Greenhouse and other internal trackers.

Qualifications :

● Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources.
● Demonstrating strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● Showing enthusiasm for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
● Maintaining strong attention to detail and taking a proactive approach to work.
● Managing multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
● Building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/Human Resources, with prior internship or project experience being an advantage.
