Job Description
OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, facilitating high-quality, compliant medical exchanges with KOLs and HCPs in the territory for the relevant products and therapeutic area.
• Execute Takeda's medical strategy with a focus on scientific excellence, omnichannel field engagement and agility driven by actionable insights.
• Build and manage trusted, long-term relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, communicating Takeda's scientific and clinical value.
• Contribute to local medical strategy and cross-functional medical initiatives, supporting evidence generation, lifecycle management and medical education.
• Capture and relay structured, high-value field insights to guide medical strategy and evidence needs.
• Approve and process local educational and promotional materials and provide guidance for implementation of activities that drive patient and customer value.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the local medical strategy in alignment with global and regional plans.
• Act as a key medical partner to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Sales, R&D, Digital), providing medical input and scientific expertise.
• Support medical launch activities, lifecycle management and evidence generation activities (e.g. Phase IV studies, RWE, registries) as applicable.
• Contribute to medical education and training (internally and externally) and support planning and execution of advisory boards and congresses.
