Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Description

Americas Growth & Strategy will help drive the strategic direction for Accenture’s largest Market. We will serve as trusted advisors to the Americas business and leadership team, with a range of responsibilities including developing the Americas growth strategy, business strategies, operational strategies, V&A agenda, and investment strategy. We will also serve as a strategic consulting function for the Americas, solving critical complex problems for the business across industries, reinvention partners, reinvention engines, and market units.   

The Americas G&S Manager will play a key role in helping to deliver our Americas G&S projects, including:

• Helping to identify and structuring the problem
• Testing hypothesis
• Owning research and analysis
• Interacting with stakeholders
• Interviewing SMEs
• Presenting recommendations to the team and leadership
• Implementing interventions and monitoring progress

Must have: Structured problem solving; data fluency; strong analytical capabilities, ability to work independently; strong relationship management skills; ability to interact effectively with leadership; project management skills; ability to structure and drive research activities; ability to develop and defend a point of view; strong understanding of business drivers and value chains; ability to collaborate and team across multiple entities and stakeholders

Optional Skills

Good to have: an understanding of Accenture’s business and end to end offerings; an understanding of Accenture’s economics and operating principles

Education

Must have: B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant focus area

Good to have: Minimum of 4+ years in a strategy or consulting role; MBA

Language: English (Advanced Level)
