Develop and quantify strategies aimed at optimizing organizational operations and enhancing overall performance. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to implement strategies effectively and ensure alignment. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure accurate interpretation and use of data and key performance indicators. Support the design and management of capital projects and contribute to the development of energy transition plans. Promote and model high safety standards in diverse and sometimes challenging environments. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Business Operating Model. Master proficiency in Change Strategy. A minimum of 8 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
