Analyst, Performance Measurement & Analysis  

The Role

Do you want to be part of a team that is shaping and delivering solutions to meet the growing performance measurement and analytics needs of the enterprise? We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to join the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) team.  As a key member of the PMA Performance Specialist team, the Analyst, Performance Measurement & Analysis will contribute to the expansion, enhancement, and ongoing support of Fidelity's Performance Measurement and Analysis initiatives.  

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5 years of progressive financial services, experience in investment performance measurement, reporting, and analysis preferred.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to work collaboratively, to interact and build strong working relationships within the team and with key partners and stakeholders. 

• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences ranging from software engineers to business executives. 
• Progress towards/interest in pursuing a CFA or CIPM a plus. 

The Team 

This dynamic Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area is part of Fidelity’s Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale performance platform that supports several of Fidelity’s key growth areas. We collaborate closely with investment product and digital experience teams to deliver innovative solutions for both institutional and retail clients. 

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
