Title and Summary
Director, Strategic PricingThe Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) team focuses on payments made and received by small and medium enterprises and large corporations, along with money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities.This role sits within the CNPF Global Pricing team and is responsible for helping shape and drive strategic initiatives related to the pricing and economics of Mastercard's Commercial and New Payment Flows business.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility, enterprise-level priorities, partnering with senior leaders across the organization to solve complex business challenges and influence strategic decision making.
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded problem solver who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys tackling complex business questions, and can translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
Role:
• Lead strategic projects focused on the pricing, economics, and long-term growth of CNPF products and services.

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, pricing strategy, economics, business transformation, or other highly analytical problem-solving environments.

• Outstanding analytical capabilities and comfort working with quantitative data, financial models, and business performance metrics.
• Ability to balance rigorous analysis with practical execution and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, teams, and seniority levels without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing materials for executive audiences.
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, transaction banking, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience with pricing, commercial strategy, revenue optimization, or payment economics is a strong plus.
• Passion for solving challenging business problems, creating impact, and driving strategic change.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
