Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing the availability of candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to deliver a timely and seamless candidate experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, building relationships, answering questions, and guiding them on what to expect and how to prepare.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, escalate risks, and make informed trade-offs between time and resources to keep hiring on track.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and create or refine procedures that improve team efficiency and operational consistency.
- Leverage generative artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to augment productivity, evaluate outputs for quality, and apply responsible practices to support recruiting operations.
A day in the life
You will start your morning reviewing your scheduling queue, confirming upcoming interviews, and resolving any last-minute changes. Throughout the day, you will communicate with candidates to answer their questions and help them feel prepared and welcomed. You will partner closely with recruiters to align on priorities, flag potential bottlenecks, and keep interview loops moving. Between scheduling tasks, you may spend time updating tracking systems, refining documentation, or brainstorming ways to improve the coordination process with your teammates.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
