SC&E - Capital Projects Transformation Analyst - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Role Overview

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice and help leading organizations improve the planning, governance, execution, and performance of large-scale capital investments. You will work alongside industry experts to support clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Transportation, Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Industrial sectors, helping them deliver projects with greater certainty, efficiency, and value.

As a Capital Projects Analyst, you will analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance information, contribute to project controls initiatives, and support the implementation of leading capital project management processes and technologies.

What You'll Do

• Support project controls and project management office (PMO) activities across major capital programs.
• Analyze project cost, schedule, risk, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management reporting.
• Support project governance, assurance, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Gather business requirements and document process improvement recommendations.
• Support implementation and optimization of capital project systems and digital solutions.
• Work collaboratively with project, engineering, finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Capital Projects, Project Management Office (PMO), Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, or Consulting is highly desirable.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of EPC, infrastructure, utilities, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial projects is advantageous.
• PMP, AACE, or related certifications are a plus.
