What would you do? • Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent • Looking for someone with Commercial KYC experience along with EDD, ACDD knowledge • Above 2 years hands on experience in Commercial KYC • Strong knowledge of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and periodic KYC refresh reviews • Ability to analyze business structures, beneficial ownership, related parties, and customer risk profiles. • Expertise in validating legal entity documents, tax identification details, incorporation records
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Commercial KYC experience
Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform end to end KYC reviews for Commercial Banking clients, including onboarding, remediation, and periodic refresh activities. • Conduct Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews in compliance with regulatory and client requirements. • Validate customer documentation, including legal entity documents, incorporation records, tax documents, and beneficial ownership information. • Analyze ownership structures, business activities, and customer risk profiles to identify potential financial crime risks. • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
